After a long career in media, I trained with the School of National Health Sciences and the Centre of Excellence and now hold practitioner diplomas in Hypnotherapy, Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Techniques for Stress Management in Business, Life-Coaching, NLP and Stress Management.
I am member of the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (PHPA), Hypnotic World and the International College of Holistic Medicine.
